Lastly this month, ITA along with its main host church, the Bible Church of Messina, had the privilege of concluding a course of training in the Fundamentals of the Faith that lasted approximately two and half years.
A local church in northern Italy (the region of Trentino), shepherded by one of our students, invited us to lead and mature its congregation specifically in the fundamentals of the faith. We went through thirteen FOF lessons throughout two and a half years and the church finally graduated this past June!
It was an incredible event no doubt. The opportunity to witness the faithfulness of both pastor (leaders) and church body embracing a biblical philosophy of ministry was but sheer joy. We, at ITA, continue to seek out more disciple churches in Italy that will make it their ambition to do the same.
